27.3.15 Assembly

It was our turn to host the Assembly. 

We had a lot of fun doing a hip hop dance. 

We dressed up as bees, flowers and bee keepers.

Assembly Friday Week 8

The Marvellous Moose are working hard on their assembly. Please come and watch us on Friday morning. The assembly starts at 9:10am. We hope to see you there!

Mindful Award Winner

This weeks Mindful Award was presented to Avianna at this mornings assembly. Avianna received the award for Working with Others by cheering up a friend who has been feeling sad this week. Congratulations Avianna! You are a great role model for our school.

Sundae Monday!

In writing we have been learning how to do a recount. What a great opportunity to make an ice-cream sundae! First we got a crunchy ice-cream cone. Next we put some delicious vanilla or chocolate ice-cream into the cone. Then we added some yummy chocolate topping and rainbow sprinkles. Finally we got to eat our delicious ice-cream as it melted down our hands. We all loved our Monday Sundae experience and really want to do it all over again!!

Swimming!!

We all love swimming!! We have been learning how we need to use our legs and arms to help us swim!!

Monday Fun Day

We had a Monday Fun Day on the 2nd March. All the Busy Bees completed wheelbarrow races, relay races, played Dodgeball and climbed the spiderweb park as a team. This helped us with our writing as we are learning how to write a recount.
